Well, we got up from a rather restless night with will and got ready for the first check up! The let us know that he is very healthy and he has gained 1 and 1/2 once since we left the hospital! Go will! also we as new partents had some questions about what to do if he was to ever choke on something.. The nurse that was in the room first to measure him and take down his weight was very kind and answered that to help a child from choking you simply put them facing toward the ground with the chest in your hand and use your pull to thrust the back right below and in between the rib cage. We found this information to be useful because we had earlier experienced a new neverousness with will was drinking from his bottle and became slightly choked. I simply patted him on his back and he started breathing again with only just a moment of choking but still can be nerve racking!
